| A beach which produces many species of fish but it is a beach that you have to be on at the right time. A flat sea on a decent tide will show large shoals of mullet Grey and Golden grey. Bass too are caught on here but for the bigger ones the little burn at the south side of the caravan park is best. Cod and bigger coalfish are caught in the winter after a storm at the far south of the beach where the cliffs start. Flounder / sole / plaice / and mini species also feature in catches.
For your benifit
If when out you see any vandalism to the caravan park or anything you think is untoward then please

me and I will inform the warden. As a result of this kind of co-operation the warden has decided to not staple shut the gates for the winter thus saving you from a hard walk in the sand.
