| Located Seven miles south of Dunbar this is a varied mark for cod in the winter or summer nights. Coalfish, pollack, wrasse, conger, dabs and rockling feature in the catches too.
For cod a beach-caster and the usual cod rigs suffice. Float fishing down the side is fun for small coalies, and pollack, with the odd surprise. While night fishing in the summer take a boat or other heavy rod with you, bait with a half Mackerel [guts hanging out and all], and lob it over to the dollies. There are Conger lurking in the dollies so you never know, you just might get lucky. If like me you prefer light line, fishing the rocks at the side offer wrasse to float fished rag.
Easy access for disabled anglers.
